29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Employees were exposed to health hazards. At the jobsite located at 507 S. Harrison Hugoton, KS: On or about December 16, 2019, employees engaged in plumbing repair/replacement activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not developed and implemented a comprehensive hazard communication program. Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to adhesive and primer. (Construction Reference: 1926.59)
