29 CFR 1910.25(b)(7): Standard stairs were not used to provide access from one walking-working surface to another when operations necessitate regular and routine travel between levels, including access to operating platforms for equipment: (a) XL PRESS AREA - Employees worked from the 21 inch raised platform area at the XL Press, and there were no stairs provided to access the platform on the West end of the work platform, on or about November 15, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
