29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. Terra Dining Hall, Kitchen - The employer did not provide employees who are required to work with injurious corrosive material with suitable eyewash facilities within the work area for immediate emergency use. The safety data sheet for this product stated that the pH was 14, thus exposing employees to chemical burns to the eyes. Observed On or About November 1, 2019
