29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about October 28th, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees throughout the facility worked with postcons to store and move mail. The nettings from multiple postcon containers were resting in the floor, exposing employees to the hazards of tripping and falling, resulting in serious injuries.
