OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to caught between hazards: a) On or about 9/3/2019 - ARF Tire Building Department, employees such as ARF Tire Builders were exposed to caught between hazards caused by an unprotected metal I-beam edge and the rim of the 300 pound metal tire tread spool when they manually moved/repositioned the spool in close proximity to the I-beam.
