29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: Site- On or about August 8, 2019 an employee sustained bodily injury after falling from a Werner 8 foot fiberglass step ladder. The employer did not ensure that the ladder was set up and used according to manufacturer's intended use where the ladder was set up parallel to employee's work area and was not facing the ladder while working from the ladder to prevent over reaching.
