29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) 803 Pineview Dr., Hattiesburg MS - On or about July 10, 2019 the employer did not instruct each employee in the methods of ensuring electric power circuits were rendered inoperative and to place "Do Not Operate" tags at all points where electrical circuits can be energized prior to start of work activity, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
