29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: Workplace located at 2100 Nellwood Drive, Columbia, Missouri- VRF #884- The jig machine was not properly guarded and an employee suffered a partial finger amputation hazard while he was hand adjusting the travel bolt and the machine completed its' full cycle and the employee's finger was caught between the jig's arms and the frame of the machine.
