29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: (a) This violation occurred on or about May 8, 2019 at the slitter area where employees operating powered industrial trucks in unmarked and obstructed aisles were exposed to a collision hazard from suspended loads.
