OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to hazards of being struck-by corrosive chemicals: On or about April 30, 2019, on the south side of the loading rack, during trailer loading operations the trailer released hydrochloric acid onto employees.
