29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: (a) 38 Canal Court, Gulfport MS 39501- On or about March 29, 2019, the employer did not adequately evaluate the walking working surface for employees working in an attic, that were exposed to fall hazards, while installing blowing insulation during residential construction resulting in an employee falling through the ceiling approximately 11 feet and being hospitalized.
