29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: The employer is failing to protect employees from injuries by not providing an eyewash station in the work area for immediate use. This was most recently observed at 1111 Fort St, Omaha, Nebraska on March 1, 2019 when employees were servicing lead acid batteries with no eye wash station in the immediate vicinity.
