29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) On or about 12/21/2018 - Planer trimmer, employees preparing to clean the dry end trimmer were exposed to being struck-by the working platform due to the energy control procedure not documenting the sequence for the use of pins and not identifying steps to be taken if the pin cannot be removed completely.
