29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems: a) Jobsite 1235 Manor Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320 - Employees installing metal roofing panels on a structural steel building were working without fall protection, thus exposed to fall hazards of 22' to 26' above the ground. This was documented to occur on or about December 10, 2018. Scenic Ridge Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1138958, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 1, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1660 Steel Way, Mount Joy, PA.
