29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: a) On or about November 30, 2018, and times prior, the employer, Trinidad Harvest Company, LLC did not assess the workplace to determine if operations, especially the LPG extraction of concentrated tetrahydrocannabinol and other work activities in the extraction laboratory, were hazardous and necessitated the use of personal protective equipment.
