29 CFR 1917.44(m): Cargo, consisting of pipe or other products which could spread or roll to endanger employees, was not contained to prevent movement when flatbed trucks, platform containers or similar conveyances were loaded or discharged: a) On or about November 12, 2018 at the Port of Freeport, Dock 5 where employees were exposed to struck by hazards when loading the crane's outriggers onto a Mafi flatbed trailer.
