OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Shell Appalachia Kinnan Well Pad, Middlebury Center, PA: On or about October 27, 2018, employees were not protected from hazardous energy sources including but not limited to hydraulic pressure and gravity, while performing service and maintenance activities to Snub Unit #10 (CRW W1600035), exposing the employees to struck-by and crushing hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
