29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:(a) On or about October 11, 2018 at 5094 Meadowbrook Cir, Suwanee GA 30024, the employer failed to denergize a 120-V circuit when employees were in the process of installing a new fan using old wiring from a light fixture. Employees were exposed to electroshock hazards.
