29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Transfer Machines (Stamping Department): On or about September 6, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure energy control procedures were utilized when the assigned tasks required the bypassing of machine guards and full body entry into the machine which exposed employees to injuries associated with the inadvertent startup and movement of machinery components.
