29 CFR 1910.269(p)(4)(i): Mechanical equipment was operated so that the minimum approach distances, established by the employer under paragraph (l)(3)(I) of this section, were not maintained from exposed energized lines and equipment: a) On or about 05/02/2018 - 1503 Chandler Road, Huntsville, AL, a digger truck boom contacted a 7,200 volt overhead power line when sand bags were being moved.
