OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which was free from caught in hazards which was causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about January 20, 2018, located near strander #8 where employees were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards when performing servicing tasks on equipment such as, but not limited to, spooler #83 without outlining the procedural step of reducing the spooler speed.
