29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(v): (v) Each employee was not protected from falling through a hatchway and chute-floor hole by: Employees engaged in operating/running/cleaning activities at the elevator distributor floor inside leg were exposed to fall and tripping hazards in that six (6) of the grain chute-floor holes 18 inches in diameter were not equipped with lid covers. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
