29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in the workplace: (a) Ranger Energy Services, SRCGCC10VD API 05-123-34541, Aims Pad, Greeley, CO 80632: On and preceding 5/30/17, the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in the workplace. Employees performed rigging up and nippling up procedures at a well site and tank battery storage site. The rig manager wore a 4-gas meter, but the employees wore only hydrogen sulfide monitors. The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazards, such as, but not limited to oxygen deficient atmospheres, and the presence of hydrocarbon vapors such as benzene. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards.
