Abstract: A power line worker was working on a tower supporting a 230-kilovolt overhead power line. He contacted a ground wire on the "deenergized" system and was electrocuted. (It was not clear from the wording of the original abstract whether the ground wire was "deenergized" or the 230-kilovolt circuit was deenergized.)
