Abstract: At approximately 1:30 a.m. on April 5, 2017, Employee #1 was operating a horizontal bandsaw. He went to swipe some sawdust off the table in between the face cut and second cut, when the table came up and pinched three fingertips between the stock piece and the clamp arm. These three fingertip, including the thumb, index, and middle fingers on his left hand were partially amputated. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he received treatment and was then released.
