Abstract: At approximately 9:00 a.m. on June 18, 2008, an employee was inspecting moving parts of a baggage conveyor belt. His finger got caught in-between the nip point of the sprocket chain and pulley drive. The employee sustained a left ring finger tip amputation up to the finger nail. The employee was hospitalized overnight and treated for his injuries.
