Abstract: At 3:00 p.m. on March 26, 2008, Employee #1 of Poway High School, located at Poway, California, was loading P.E. equipment into a vehicle in the school parking lot. She felt pain in her lower back. Employee #1 went home after work, but her conditions worsened. She then went to Kaiser Zion Hospital in San Diego, California later that evening, where she was admitted for treatment.
