Abstract: On April 25, 2006, Employee #1, the sole owner of the company, was on the third floor level of an apartment building installing prefabricated wood wall panels. One of the panels was nailed across the bottom, but was not braced. Employee #1 turned to get the bracing to install it, and the panel fell, knocking him from the third floor level to the concrete pad below. He died at the scene.
