Abstract: At 2:00 p.m. on October 24, 2024, Employee #1 was working at a trailer securing a load when they were found unresponsive on the ground. Emergency responders were called, and the employee was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The medical examiner determined the cause of death was heart failure.
