Abstract: At approximately 5:00 a.m. on June 18, 1999, Employee #1 was removing vineyard canes from a moving cane cutter when his left leg contacted the cutter blade. He suffered a serious laceration to his leg and was taken by private vehicle to Delano Regional Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
