Abstract: At 9:30 a.m. on June 28, 2024, Employee #1, employed by a road maintenance company, was riding on a striping truck and monitoring materials. The employee began feeling ill and exhibited heavy sweating. Coworkers moved him into the cab of the truck to sit in the air-conditioning. Despite these efforts, the employee suffered a fatal acute drug overdose. Substances identified included alcohol, amphetamine, methamphetamine, and Midazolam.
