Abstract: At 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2023, an employee was welding on the side of a dryer drum. The ladder slid from underneath the employee, causing the employee to fall to the concrete ground, injuring his head and rendering him unconscious. The employee sustained a concussion and cut to the head. The employee was killed.
