Abstract: At 12:45 p.m. on May 8, 2023, an employee was walking across the bunker of a recycling center when he stopped and knelt down to retrieve something from the floor. The employee was struck by the bucket of a Caterpillar 966F wheel loader and was pronounced dead at the scene.
