Abstract: At 1:30 p.m. on April 12, 2023, an employee met with a representative from a different construction company to walk the house/property to see what kind of work would need to be accomplished, and if it was something his company would be interested in doing. Two employees went to the rooftop platform/widow's walk. The employee placed his hands on the railing to look over at the roof and the railing broke. The employee fell 33 feet 3 inches to the ground. The employee was killed.
