Abstract: At 5:00 p.m. on October 19, 2022, an employee was using a leaf blower to blow leaves in the backyard of a residential home. The employee was utilizing a backpack leaf blower in close proximity to the 8 foot deep end of a residential pool. The employee fell into the pool and drowned.
