Abstract: At 11:20 a.m. on February 28, 2022, an employee cut siding with a miter saw on the ground. While cutting, the employee moved his leg, the saw blade struck and lacerated the upper leg. The employee was taken to the hospital to treat a leg laceration and was not hospitalized.
