Abstract: At 2:30 p.m. on August 13, 2021, Employee #1 was pushing equipment into place when another employee inadvertently closed a Human Machine Interface (HMI) drawer. This action resulted in the loss of 8 mm of Employee #1's pinky finger. The employee was hospitalized for treatment following the partial amputation.
