Abstract: At 6:30 a.m. on March 10, 2021, an employee was in the process of tarping his trailer due to rain prior to leaving the inside of the warehouse. He climbed on the trailer against company policy to tarp his load and fell onto the ground. The employee was discovered on the ground unresponsive. Emergency personnel were called, and the employee was transported to the hospital for treatment for a head injury. The employee was hospitalized.
