Abstract: At 3:25 p.m. on August 16, 2021, an employee worked to replace fluorescent light fixtures and ballasts with LED lighting. The employee worked from a lift to access the area above a drop ceiling to work on the lighting. At some point, the employee made contact with a live 280 volt wire and was electrocuted and killed.
