Abstract: At 9:37 a.m. on March 9, 2021, an employee was removing brush from tree removal operations, lost footing, and fell downhill. The employee lost footing in steep terrain and caught an ankle in between logs while falling. The employee fractured his ankle. The employee was hospitalized for these injuries.
