Abstract: At approximately 4:30 p.m. on March 13, 2021, an employee, working for a construction contractor, was performing demolition at a commercial structure. The employee was removing a metal track. While removing materials, a nail came loose and struck the eye of the employee. The employee was hospitalized and treated for an eye injury.
