Abstract: At 2:15 p.m. on June 17, 2021, Employee #1 was working in Bay 4 on a MAC tandem flatbed semi-trailer. The employee climbed onto the flatbed using the rear bumper and later jumped off the flatbed, which was over 4 feet above the lower level. The employee sustained fractures to the left tibia and fibula as a result of the jump. Lack of fall protection and training likely contributed to the accident. Emergency services transported the employee to the hospital, where he was admitted and treated.
