Abstract: At 2:21 p.m. on December 15, 2020, Employee #1 was carrying a pole brace with another employee when he slipped on a slurry water mix and fell backwards. During the fall, the brace pole landed on top of Employee #1, causing a back injury. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
