Abstract: At 1:30 a.m. on February 4, 2021, Employee #1 was guiding a bundle of steel tubes with his hands. The crane operator lowered the bundle of tubes, and they shifted, pinching the finger of Employee #1. Employee #1 amputated the tip of the right middle finger and was treated without hospitalization.
