Abstract: At approximately 11:00 a.m. on December 17, 2020, Employee #1 was using a leaf blower to thaw frost on the roof of a building. While performing this task, the employee slid off the roof, falling to the ground, approximately 5'4" from the point of fall. The employee sustained a laceration to the head, a collapsed lung, and a cracked rib. The employee was hospitalized for treatment of the injuries.
