Abstract: At 11:15 a.m. on April 27, 2021, an employee working as a maintenance technician for a steel forging facility was changing the blade on a crop sheet. The employee was standing on an approximately 24-inch-high roller table. As the employee was stepping off the table and onto a set of movable steps, the employee misjudged a step and fell onto the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized to treat a fractured right leg.
