Abstract: At approximately 8:00 P.M. on March 11, 2021, an employee, working for a drilling contractor, was moving a braider in the Braiders room. In the process of moving the braider, the braider tipped over crushing the employee's lower left leg. The employee was hospitalized and treated for a lower left leg fracture.
