Abstract: At 9:15 a.m. on March 23, 2021, Employee #1 was operating Sizing Press 45B when they were sizing parts. During the operation, Employee #1's thumb became caught between the die and the sizing press. As a result, the employee suffered a partial amputation of their thumb. Employee #1 was treated without hospitalization.
