Abstract: At 8:45 a.m. on March 18, 2021, an employee stopped another worker to provide advice on increasing work speed. While doing so, the employee reached into the die area (point of operation) of a stamp machine, and her fingers became caught. As a result, she sustained an amputation of all fingers on her right hand, except for the thumb. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
