Abstract: At 10:45 a.m. on March 2, 2021, Employee #1 was performing maintenance on light fixtures while elevated in an aerial work platform. During this time, Employee #1's aerial work platform was struck by an overhead crane operated by a coworker. As a result of the impact, Employee #1 fell to the cement floor, striking both the floor and the equipment. The employee sustained a head laceration, fractures to the tailbone, and a back injury. Emergency services transported the employee to the hospital for admission and treatment.
